Students who have accessed more than 20% of course content aren't eligible for full refunds. Our system tracks which modules, videos, and resources you've opened. This threshold exists because substantial engagement indicates commitment to the material.

Certificate Programs

For certificate programs starting in autumn 2025, different terms apply. Once you've submitted any graded assignments or participated in live sessions, partial refund policies take effect based on completion percentage.

Bundle Purchases

Course bundles follow the same 14-day window, but eligibility is assessed across all included courses. If you've accessed content from multiple courses in the bundle, that affects your refund amount.

Approved refunds are initiated immediately. Your payment method receives the funds within 7-10 business days. Credit card refunds typically appear faster than bank transfers.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Credit & Debit Cards

Bank Transfers

Direct bank transfers take 7-10 business days. We require verified bank account details matching your enrollment information.

PayPal Payments

PayPal refunds process within 3-5 business days. Funds appear in your PayPal balance, then transfer to your linked account per your settings.

Company Vouchers

Corporate training vouchers follow different terms. Refunds are issued as credit for future courses or returned to the sponsoring organization's account.

Important Considerations

  • Promotional discounts are factored into refund amounts. If you enrolled during a sale, your refund reflects the discounted price paid.
  • Downloadable resources accessed before refund requests may affect eligibility. We track downloads of Excel templates, PDF guides, and datasets.
  • One-time refund policy: Students who receive refunds cannot re-enroll in the same course at promotional pricing.
  • Live workshop attendance makes you ineligible for refunds on those specific components, though other course elements may qualify.
  • Currency fluctuations: International students may see slight variations in refunded amounts due to exchange rate changes between payment and refund dates.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases and services aren't eligible for refunds under any circumstances. This helps us maintain quality and fairness across our student community.

  • One-on-one mentoring sessions after they've been scheduled, even if you don't attend
  • Certification exam fees once you've taken the exam, regardless of pass/fail outcome
  • Third-party software licenses or tools provided as part of course packages
  • Conference tickets or event registrations for Cognitfluxonhub-hosted gatherings scheduled for late 2025
  • Custom course materials or personalized curriculum developed specifically for corporate clients
  • Lifetime access upgrades purchased separately from the main course enrollment
